Project Scope:
The selected vendor will be responsible for the following:

Cash Loading Process:

The call center agent retrieves account details and sends the user a unique code via text.
The user enters the code into the kiosk.
The agent remotely authorizes the kiosk to dispense the requested amount.
The code becomes invalid after one use.

Secure encryption protocols for user transactions and communication.
